Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Customers can Cancel a product within 24 hours of purchase only.
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the deliverd date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

·         Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

·         Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a salable condition.

·         We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Rezmay tags.

·         Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

·         After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.

·         In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-15 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

·         In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 10-15 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

  •         Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to   return the goods
  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect 
To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Lables, item, proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
After Cancelation / receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) Business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
     ●     If the package is in damage condition or already open, then you should have a video proof while you accept the order, Return will not be accepted without such proofs   
     ●     All the labels and freebies should be inside the package while retuning    
     ●     Damaged items and missing pieces will be consider as fault of customer and return will be cancelled
